Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement indexing strategies to enhance query performance.
• Implement database security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Develop and enforce database access controls and policies.
• Design and implement scalable database architectures to support growth and high availability.
• Develop strategies for database replication, clustering, and failover to ensure continuous availability.
• Implement disaster recovery plans and conduct regular testing.
• Plan and execute data migration projects to move data between systems without data loss.
• Develop and manage data replication processes to ensure data consistency across multiple databases.
• Provide support for data integration and transformation activities.
• Design and implement data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence and analytics.
• Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Ensure data quality and consistency within the data warehouse.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in database, with a strong focus on MySQL and MsSQL.
Technical Skills:
• Expertise in performance optimization and tuning.
• Strong knowledge of database security and compliance standards.
• Experience with scalability and high availability solutions.
• Proficiency in data migration and replication techniques.
• Knowledge of data warehousing principles and ETL processes.
