Key Responsibilities
• Lead the complete software development lifecycle from initial conception through to delivery and maintenance.
• Design and implement program logic, prepare test data, and conduct thorough software testing.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to establish and uphold testing service level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop, enhance, and optimize scripts, functions, and stored procedures, ensuring top-tier performance.
• Maintain and improve existing software applications while adhering to secured coding standards and practices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.
Required Skills
• Extensive experience in C#, .NET Core, MVC, SQL Server, and ASP.NET.
• Proficient in Azure Web Services, including Azure Functions and Service Bus, with a solid understanding of Azure’s capabilities.
• Strong grasp of database schema design, stored procedures, and T-SQL scripting.
• Familiarity with CosmosDB and other document databases, alongside practical knowledge of source code management systems, preferably GitHub.
• Comprehensive understanding of software programming best practices and methodologies.
• Experience in both functional and performance testing of software applications.
• Knowledge of secured coding practices, with Veracode experience being advantageous.
• Understanding of the SAFe Agile Framework and its application in software development.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a software engineering role.
• Proven background in managing the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
