Salary: OPS3 $67,589 - $72,033 p.a. (pro rata) + 12% Superannuation + Leave Loading and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
Ongoing Part Time working 30 hours per fortnight over a 5-day roster

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and evaluate group and individual activity programs that support independence and wellbeing.
Coordinate and run the social and respite program at Keith Day Centre.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Participate in health promotion and early detection activities as required.

We serve a population of over 67,000 people in the Limestone Coast, as well as residents from Western Victoria. We employ over 1400 people, with 1.2% identifying as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and we are also supported by a team of approximately 600 hardworking volunteers.
