Job Title: DAYCARE TEACHER
Location: Model colony, Pune
Timing :
Daycare Teacher: 11 AM - 6 PM
Job Type: Full-time, IN PRESCHOOL
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment that fosters each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in alignment with age-appropriate learning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities based on curriculum guidelines.
Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere that supports learning through play and exploration.
Observe and assess students’ progress and development, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians about children’s progress, behavior, and daily activities.
Promote positive behavior and classroom management strategies.
Ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of children at all times.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.
Qualifications:
Fresher can apply - Bachelors degree in any field (Excellent in English)/ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
Preferred -Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting.
Knowledge of early childhood development milestones and best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to lift and carry children and materials up to 40 lbs.
Requires bending, kneeling, standing, and sitting on the floor.
Ability to work in a noisy and active environment.
