Job Description
Plan, organize, execute, and evaluate lesson plans provided while also creating customized learning experiences.
Facilitate the all-round development of children based on their learning goals and areas of development to help them reach their full potential.
Conduct ongoing observations and prepare a report card based on BOT (basis of teaching) to mark the progress of each child at the end of each term, which will be shared with parents.
Foster an inclusive environment for students and parents/carers.
Set up an active learning environment to support each child's learning and development, including displays, furniture layout, and learning resources.
Empower children to take responsibility and be actively involved in their own learning.
Maintain ongoing communication with parents through various means such as verbal, written, and digital channels, as per the guidelines provided.
Use or create a variety of learning resources to meet the individual needs of children with different levels and types of ability.
Document children's learning journey to make learning visible and plan next steps.
Tailor the care of each child to their individual needs, establish a settled relationship with the child, and build a relationship with their parents.
Observe and update the child's care record.
Ensure the health and safety of children is a top priority, including supporting their physical needs such as toilet training, meal intake, personal hygiene, sleep routines, and fostering positive behavior in partnership with parents.
Work closely with the team members and Centre Head in setting up space during events.
Collaborate with external facilitators/agencies/centres to support children in their class with additional needs.
Conduct oneself in a way that does not tarnish the school's reputation.
Display responsibility towards school property and learning resources.
Maintain the utmost confidentiality of children and family's personal and private information and ensure that none of it is discussed in front of anyone except the Centre Head.

Salary: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
