RolesandResponsibilities
• Createa safe, clean, and stimulating environment forchildren
• Plan and implement developmentallyappropriate activities and lesson plans
• Promotepositive behavior and social skills through modeling andguidance
• Provide basic care and support forchildren, including feeding, diapering, and naptime
• Monitor and document children's progressand communicate withparents/guardians
• Collaborate with otherteachers and staff members to ensure the smooth operation of thedaycare center
• Attend staff meetings, trainingsessions, and professional developmentopportunities
