Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Ahmedabad for a Dayforce Consultant. The Dayforce Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Dayforce HCM solutions, conducting system analysis, configuring software, providing training and support to clients, and ensuring successful adoption of the system. The role also involves troubleshooting any issues, customizing the system based on client requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Location: Ahmedabad (India)
Shift timing: 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
3+ years experience with Dayforce HCM implementation & configuration for Payroll
Strong system analysis and troubleshooting skills
Ability to customize and configure software based on client requirements
Effective communication and training skills for client support
Collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in related technologies such as CRM, ERP, and project management
Previous experience in consulting and IT project management is a plus
