Job Title: Database Administrator Experience: 4-8 years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in database administration, with a strong understanding of database management systems, data warehousing and data modeling. Responsibilities: • Install, configure and maintain databases, including performance tuning, troubleshooting and backup and recovery procedures • Monitor and optimize database performance, including troubleshooting and resolving issues • Design, implement and maintain database security and access controls • Develop and implement data backup and recovery procedures • Create and maintain database documentation, including data dictionaries and procedures • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity and availability • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in database management Qualifications: • 48 years of experience in database administration, with a strong understanding of database management systems, data warehousing and data modeling • Experience with SQL and at least one major RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc • Strong understanding of database security and access controls • Experience with data warehousing and data modeling • Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting • Strong understanding of backup and recovery procedures • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
