Job Description:
Key Responsibilities DB2 Database Administrator (Linux/ Unix/ Windows) with 6+ years of Experience DB2 Database upgradation, migration and readiness check DB2 Database capacity Analysis and Performance Tuning Experience in db2 installations fixpack update version migration and upgrades.
Experience in creation of instance and databases tablespaces and capacity planning Experience in all db2 utilities Experience in db2 backup and restore strategies.
Experience in database Monitoring performance tuning and troubleshooting Experience in TSA cluster configuration HADR configuration and their support Experience in Creating indexes and analyzing which indexes to create based on requirement.
Good knowledge of UNIX and Windows platform Ability to proactively identify troubleshoot and resolve live database systems issues. Design Backup, Recovery Strategy Assist in DR Design, Execution in Cloud Assist Migration including associated systems On-Prem to Cloud Assist in Load Testing, Performance Tuning, Capacity Planning Cutover, Go Live and Stabilization DB2 Replication
