Experience : 3 to 6 years Location : Hyderabad, Mumbai Job Responsibilities • Administration DBA should be familiar with the below activities. • SQL Server Architecture • Installations and configurations • Database creations and configuration • Backup and Restoration • Connectivity Configuration and troubleshooting • Managing security • Maintenance of databases-Reindexing and update statistics • Basic knowledge about DB corruption • Basic Knowledge about managing performance Issues • Knowledge about Log shipping AlwaysOn • T-SQL knowledge • SSIS/DTS • DMV's/DBCC commands • Clustering Architecture • Locking and Blocking • New features in SQL Server 2014/2016.
