The DBAT team has invested in digital capabilities that include building the bank’s own engineering team, adapting new age engineering practices and building an API centric architecture to improve customer experience, employee experience and efficienciesAbout the Role:The Channel Manager (Digital Adoption Regional Manager) will focus on constant communication and engagement with regions across India to improvise on penetration within the Digital platforms like MB, IB, Whtsapp etcKey Responsibilities Connect with Circle, Cluster, Branch Heads, Segment heads, sales heads for regular check on growth/degrowth across Mb, IB, Whtsapp channels, TPP and BOTF service performancePresent daily call analysis to central team and expected outcomeShare best practices across regionsReport top/bottom branches, clusters & circles basis daily dashboardEngage with Central office & branch banking teams for framing training requirementsAssist central team in regional level customer research via branch banking teams Expectations: Highly motivated, self-driven and work with ownership for branch engagement on Digital platforms.Should be adept at operating in ambiguities, managing through frequent changes and quickly respond to challenging situations.Able to identify various risks beforehand and mitigate the same efficiently in project management mode.Strong adherence to various policies and guidelines and processes set by the bank while working with different teams.Ability to guide branch banking teams independently with various use cases on increasing digital adoption Qualifications:Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Post-Graduation is preferred8-12 years of relevant experience Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Knowledge of Banking and payments along with the new technological advancements in the industryGood communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skillAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines
