Role Description
The Analytics Analyst provides high quality, meaningful analysis to internal stakeholders, in a timely manner, to address current and future business needs. They leverage the analytical toolkit and research techniques to create value added insights for stakeholders. They typically work under the guidance of Lead Analysts and/or Analytics Managers to deliver analysis in line with stakeholder requirements.

Your key responsibilities
• Act as Cost Subject Matter Reporting Expert for a specific front office business
• Support ad hoc deep dives (discussion with senior management stakeholders) by analysing complex data sets
• Offer suggestions as to process improvements and new ways of reporting
• Become a cost SME by building relationships within the Allocations Team but also across wider Infrastructure finance with the Finance Directors
• Be a key member of the team supporting the annual corporate planning process
Your skills and experience
• Experience and understanding of stakeholder management and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be able to review complex datasets, analyse trends and summarise with key messages/conclusions
• Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills; Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• An organised and methodical Team player, with a positive and flexible attitude; An ability to work with others and build strong working relationships
• Previous Cost experience preferred
