• handle Process Improvements, Customer Journey have Gold Loan Operations Expertise, experience in LOS/Finacle and handle System integration/enhancements
• handle all Internal Compliance/Audit/ Governance related queries/responses and updates to various stakeholders & compliances
• Support in preparation of Notes and Documents related to Forums & Committees
• Custodian of Budgets, Monitoring Portfolio Trends, monitor P&L and Costs
• Manage Weighing machine renewals
