Ideal Profile: - Experienced investment bankers with fund raising or M&A experience.- Total work ex of 7-8 years. MBA is not required, but if there is one, no more than 3-4 years after MBA- Strong preference for front end IB experience and ideally Tech coverage- The candidates should have front end IB experience.- Preference would be for IT, Consumer, SaaS (Felxible here)Skillsets:- Financial analysis- balance sheet analysis, business model (not financial model review)- Financial modelling and ppt skills- Presentation skills: Articulation of thoughts- Soft skills: Error free work/ attention to detail, keenness to learn- Someone who has seen and managed at least 2 -3 deal cycles independentlyNote: 1.
