Key Responsibilities:
• Distribution Center Operations:
• Lead day-to-day operations of the DC, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure efficient utilization of space and resources within the distribution center.
• Cold Chain Management:
• Oversee the management of temperature-controlled environments to maintain the integrity of perishable goods.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and cold chain regulations.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse managers, logistics supervisors, and staff.
• Ensure training and development initiatives for the team to improve operational efficiency.
• Inventory Control:
• Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy to meet demand forecasts and reduce wastage.
• Implement inventory tracking systems to improve order fulfillment and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Logistics and Transportation:
• Oversee transportation management, including route planning, fleet management, and last-mile delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
• Cost and Efficiency Management:
• Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring budgetary compliance.
• Implement continuous process improvements to streamline operations, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, compliance with legal regulations, and implementation of health and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure all equipment and processes are functioning safely.
• Reporting and KPI Monitoring:
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, delivery times, and cost per delivery.
• Provide regular reports on operational performance to senior management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
