Kitchen is an integral part of everyone's Family. We are on a mission to develop functional yet designer Kitchenware products and reach consumers through offline retail /dealer network.Research & identify stores which fits the outline of retail counter
? Pitching the stores through cold Calling, Door Knocking and sample showcasing,
? Onboard new retailers to build the brand's sales network.
? Train, and handhold retailers in using the brand's products effectively.
? Provide support and mentoring to your retailers and regularly follow up on sales growth.
? Research competitive products and brands and report to management.
? Inventory management of retailers
? Order refilling from time to time
? Showcasing products to consumers of the new retail outlets
? Understanding customer footfall and forming discounts for the consumers with the help of retailers
? Use Technology and Digital Tools for effective field operations.
? Prepare visual reports for an internal team.
? Other tasks that support the company's sales growth.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR12,000.00 - INR22,000.00 per monthBenefits:
