We are looking for a Dealer Relationship Manager, driving Dealers according to goals. For this role, you will work with dealers & Auction Team. Identifying the dealers to be called and convincing them to increase the bids.
"This role is for a fixed-term contract of 3 months. Renewal will depend on employee's performance rating and business requirements. Contract shall automatically expire on the last day if it is not renewed or terminated."
What You Will Do
• Ensure auction participation through calling to dealers.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets of dealer participation, procurement and cars sold.
• Suggest ways to improve product and processes for better dealer experience.
• Handle dealer grievances and get them resolved through team members.
Who We're Looking For
• Excellent relationship management and multitasking skills.
• Good Convincing skills paired with the understanding of business
• Hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Work experience of 3+ years into Inside Sales/Tele sales profile from an automobile background
