Debt Collection Agency Governance Manager| Associate
Compliance Management:
- Ensure adherence to relevant RBI & MAS laws, regulations pertaining to Debt Collection Agencies
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs
2. Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, reputational, and financial risks under Collection unit for Secured & Unsecured loan products
- Implement risk management frameworks and monitoring systems
3. Governance and Oversight:
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to senior management and staff
4. Audit and Assurance:
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring effective remediation of findings
- Conduct regular reviews of compliance and risk management practices
5. Regulatory Engagement:
- Liaise with regulatory auditors, Internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments
6. Reporting and Analytics:
- Provide regular compliance and risk management reports to senior management
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
7. Staff Management and Development:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of compliance and risk professionals
- Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the Collections organization structure
