Job Requirements
Position: Debt Manager-Flows-Suvidha LAP
Function: Retail Banking
Job Purpose
As a Debt Manager-Flows-Suvidha LAP, you will be responsible for managing the entire loan process for Suvidha LAP (Loan Against Property) customers. This includes identifying potential customers, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring timely disbursement of loans. You will also be responsible for managing the existing portfolio of Suvidha LAP customers and ensuring timely repayments.
Primary Responsibilities
• Identify potential customers for Suvidha LAP and conduct thorough credit assessments to determine their eligibility for loans
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan solutions
• Ensure timely disbursement of loans to eligible customers
• Monitor the existing portfolio of Suvidha LAP customers and ensure timely repayments
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and customer service
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify opportunities for business growth
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the Suvidha LAP portfolio
Education Qualification
Graduation: Any Graduate
Experience: 5-10 Years of experience in collections
