Job Description
This role is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring high-value customers and cross-selling products. The successful candidate will have a customer-centric approach, high energy levels, and a strong desire to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving business objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the branch and meeting Value, Volume, and channel Productivity metrics.
Generate revenues through sales of CA, X-Sell, and Third-Party Products like Insurance.
Sourcing high-value CA customers along with entire Family Banking relationships.
Penetrate Business Banking products like CMS, POS, Beat services to CA customers.
Source new-to-bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be customer-oriented.
High energy levels with a motive to succeed.
Previous experience in managing and sourcing Business Banking customers.
Background in Banking or Financial Services preferred.
Graduate or Postgraduate with 2-3 years of experience.
Age Limit: 30 Years.
