Role Description
As a Debt Recovery Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments from customers while maintaining a professional approach. Your responsibilities will include contacting customers to negotiate and facilitate repayment arrangements, monitoring accounts for delinquencies, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and payment commitments. You will work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve recovery targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panipat.
Qualifications
Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
Experience in debt collection, banking, or financial services is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for evaluating repayment capabilities
Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple cases
Basic understanding of financial documents and collection processes
Proficiency in relevant software tools for tracking accounts and creating reports
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and integrity
Preferred qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
