Job Description :
Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit proposals.
Drafting Information Memorandum, Teasers etc. for debt raising purpose.
Preparing financial model for new / existing business including Project Cashflows, CMA, Project
Reports, Assessment of Project Funding and other Transactions.
Coordination of details & documents with respective teams of Clients and Lenders.
Supporting during Due Diligence process by prospective lenders and after sales services.
Assisting for Developments for meeting and follow-ups to corporates & giving presentations on
facilities and for execution from the Banks, NBFCs & other financial institutions.
Key Skills:
2+ years of working experience in the corporate financial advisory space.
Knowledge of Syndicated Loans, Project Funding and debt syndication products.
Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships
Qualifications
Education Qualification: Ideally an MBA in Finance/ CA / CFA.
Experience required: 1 to 3 years
