Make change, cash checks, and sort coins for guests

Balance assigned funds and maintain an organized workstation

Report any monetary or procedural discrepancy to the cage supervisor or manager in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
Initiate the greeting, welcome guests in a friendly manner, and thank them for their patronage
Offer information regarding property promotions, products, services, and events taking place
Smile, make eye contact, and use the guest’s name while interacting
