Job Description
• DA is communicating with the customer and drive more work from them.
• At the same time understanding customer's business (background), educating him/her about AskSunday services, while also instill great trust and rapport.
• DA acts as the face of the process and is the primary contact for the customer.
• They are responsible to have customers task carried out in a timely manner and deliver qualitative results.
• DA handles the customer queries/concerns appropriately and escalate any issues faced while doing so.
• DA coordinates with all the internal departments (Research Assistant & Quality) for the Tasks Assigned and wherever required DA gets questions clarified from customer instantly to provide the work back in a timely manner. Customer’s outbound calling tasks are performed by the DAs.
• DA always organize communication via emails, chat and phone calls.
• DA is responsible for the primary retention of the customers as well.
