To support our students, we have built / purpose for the role
We are seeking motivated early-career professionals to join our team as Junior SDR. This role serves as the first point of engagement for prospective students and families exploring overseas university admissions support. The position focuses on lead engagement, qualification, and pipeline development to support our advisory and sales teams.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Engage with inbound leads through phone, email, and other platforms
Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand student goals and readiness
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and document insights in CRM systems
Schedule consultation sessions with academic advisors
Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates within Salesforce
Share relevant informational resources with prospective clients
Participate in event outreach and follow-up campaigns when required
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for leads.
Continuously develop communication and industry knowledge
What skills and experience are required?
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Comfort engaging with prospective clients through structured outbound and inbound phone interactions
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Professional attitude and learning mindset
Ability to follow structured processes and workflows
Basic digital proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
Preferred Background
1–3 years experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles
Exposure to international education or admissions landscape (advantageous)
Experience working with targets, inbound and outbound, or outreach environments
