Role/Job Title: Defense Acquisition Manager (Retail Banking)

Place of work: Multiple Locations
Job Purpose:
(1) Proactively identify and convert defense institutions where the bank can get a foot in the door for liability sales.
(2) Drive sales and business development activities in the institutions acquired.
(3) Follwoup on Institutions acquired to build wallet share across liabilities and cross sell through field activities.
(4) Execute a successfull referral campaign which will result in efficient and quick conversions.
(5) Exectute strategy built by the bank.
(6 ) Work within the regulatory and internal guidlines of the bank. (7) Ensure that productivity is in the lines of monthly targets set by the bank..
Roles & Responsibilities:
a) Responsible for achieving institutional signups and monthly sales targets assigned for defesne acquisition and various cross sell products and services across retail liabilities, retail assets and wealth management offered by the bank.
b) Responsible for regular salary credits and pensions for clients on boarded with a minimum salary/pension threshold defined by the bank.
c) Monitor book growth on fortnightly basis for inflow and outflows.
d) Maitain and publish sales dashboards to the respective business heads.
e) Sign up potential customers for corporate salary accounts and also generate fee based revenue.
f) Acquire TASC accounts from the segment.
Secondary Responsibilities:
'Collaborate across various teams and customise products and services through campaigns required for this segment
Key Success Metrics:
No of accounts opened basis Opportunity size, regular inflows of salary into the account leading to CASA book size
Cross sell of Retail Liability, Retail Asset and Wealth Management Products
