Job Description
Quolus Construction is currently seeking:
Junior and mid-experienced Deficiency/Detailers who will be ensuring new homes are free of deficiencies and ready for homeowners to move in. The right candidate should have a strong construction background and be comfortable dealing with a variety of different tasks.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Drywall touchups (patching & sanding)
Caulking
Silicone
Painting & touchups
Small finish carpentry
Adjusting doors and trim
Wood repair
Job Requirements:
1 to 5 years deficiency/detailer experience in multi-residential construction.
Must be able to commit to full time employment.
Strong eye for detail, be able to multi-task and stay organized.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Must have own tools and be able to commute to and from job site.
Must own PPE.
