Roles & Responsibilities/What You'll Do:
- Establishing relationship with stakeholders and building partnership with Agri input companies, local department-
• Managing all type of licensing requirement for DeHaat
• Building portfolio of Private Labelled product
• Establishing Node, Creating network of DeHaat franchise, onboarding and capacity building
• Team Building ( Agri input sourcing, Sales team)
• Training & capacity building of sales and field team
Extension And Advisory
• Lead and set up team for advisory and extension through IVR, Call centre and App
• Adoption of digital tools and innovation
• Creating tools and strategy and marketing plan for private labelled
Sales And Marketing
• Set up the State and nodal level team
• Build and develop yearly business plan for Agri input
• Sales forecast & node wise crop wise strategy
• Evaluation and monitoring of overall P&L for Agri input
