Key Responsibilities:
To meet or succeed yearly and monthly targets by inviting delegates through complimentary VIP passes consistently to all possible targets; repeat delegates, new clients and prospects. To convince the prospect of the benefits of attending our events Learning about the companies and job roles for this industry to ensure you sell to the right people Conducting thorough research to source new leads relevant to each event Effectively contact all key prospects by telephone Database management
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (speaking & writing) Ability to understand the product and pitch it to the right target audience Should possess excellent negotiation skills Ability to perform consistently in a target oriented environment Result oriented, high emotional intelligence and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions. Previous experience in delegates’ sales for conferences & summits is preferred Needs to be self-motivated Should have the skills to conduct their own research and approach potential client
