Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join the team as a Food & Beverage Service Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and enjoyable. Your primary focus will be on delivering food and beverages efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and assisting with general restaurant operations.
Responsibilities for Food Service Assistant:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus, answer questions and make recommendations on food and beverage selections.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure accuracy and quality of all items served.
• Monitor and anticipate guest needs, responding promptly and courteously to their requests.
• Assist in cash handling, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for order taking and cash handling.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and understanding of safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
