As a Service Delivery and Contract Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in setting up and reviewing service delivery parameters for centers of excellence.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth operations by reviewing and optimizing delivery parameters. Additionally, you will oversee induction, training, and retention of technical staff, as well as analyze data to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.

• Center Coordination: Ensure smooth operations by reviewing and optimizing delivery parameters.
• Call Center Management: Oversee induction, training, and retention of technical staff.
• MIS and Control: Analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Contract Sales: Develop strategies to enhance sales growth.
• Distributor Management: Foster key accounts with distributors and dealers.
Delivering Results: You will be measured on your ability to improve service levels, increase sales growth, and enhance distributor partnerships.
