Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering packages, documents, or goods to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivery Coordination: Receive and review delivery orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of packages to assigned locations.
• Route Optimization: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize delivery times and fuel consumption.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns during the delivery process and maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery and any relevant documentation.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and efficient delivery operations.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with the dispatch team, customers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any delivery-related issues.
