As a Delivery Boy at Zepto, you will be responsible for delivering products to specified addresses, collecting payments, and maintaining delivery logs. This position offers flexible working hours with both full-time and part-time options available, along with insurance benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver products to customers and destinations at specified addresses.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Collect payments from customers at the time of product delivery.
• Maintain delivery logs and records of daily deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details.
• Handle products with care to ensure they arrive in good condition.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding deliveries.
• Report any delivery-related issues or delays to the supervisor.
• Assist in loading and unloading products from the delivery vehicle.
• Adhere to traffic rules and safety regulations while driving.
Requirements:
• All education levels are welcome.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable mode of transportation (bike/scooter).
• Good knowledge of the local area and routes in Paschim Vihar, Delhi.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
