• Confirm receipt of delivered items with customers to ensure their satisfaction with Zepto’s service.
• Exhibit professionalism in appearance and interactions with customers.
• Report delivery issues or customer feedback to Zepto's management promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and traffic rules during deliveries.
• Update delivery status and maintain accurate records as per Zepto’s requirements.
• Address any delivery route changes or unexpected issues efficiently.
• Assist in managing delivery inventory and ensuring accuracy for Zepto.
Requirements:
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills in Hindi or English, essential for effective interaction with customers for Zepto.
• Reliable and responsible with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (for vehicle users) or comfort with cycling.
• Familiarity with local routes in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi is beneficial.
• Previous delivery or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Capability to securely handle cash transactions.
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights.
