Position Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to ensure timely delivery of products to retail and grocery locations across Saskatoon and nearby areas. This dual-role position will also involve in-store merchandising to ensure Grey Matlock products are displayed neatly, stocked properly, and always looking their best.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload bakery products into delivery vehicle
Deliver fresh baked goods to stores, restaurants, and partner locations in a timely and professional manner
Merchandize shelves at retail locations (rotate stock, remove expired products, front-face items, and ensure proper labeling)
Maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff
Record deliveries, collect invoices or payments when necessary
Follow delivery routes and schedules efficiently
Perform daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs
Assist with basic warehouse tasks when needed
Requirements:
Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving record
Experience driving vans or small delivery vehicles preferred
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Great customer service and communication skills
Experience in merchandising or retail stocking is a strong asset
