Delivery Driver
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and adherence to safety regulations. The Delivery Driver will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Drives company automatic 5-Ton truck, picks up, loads and unloads merchandise.
Drives to farmers’ markets, the Food Terminal, Highland Farm stores, and farm to pick up and deliver merchandise.
Collects merchandise at farmers’ stalls and Food Terminal, loads the trucks and delivers invoices and merchandise.
Loads and unloads the truck from stores, checking merchandise against transfer bills and invoices.
Hand bombs merchandise, packing and unpacking skids.
Comply with truck driving rules and regulations, as well as with company policies and procedures.
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
Report defects of truck, accidents or violations.
Skills & Knowledge:
Possess a valid DZ license with a good driving record.
3-5 years previous trucking experience
Able to work in a fast- paced environment with attention to detail.
Available to work weekends.
