Duties:
Drive delivery vehicles to transport goods to customer locations, ensuring all deliveries are on time and handled with care.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about delivery windows, any delays, or special instructions.
Keep detailed records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery logs.
Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure that all safety standards are met and the vehicle is in good working condition.
Assist in organizing and managing inventory in the warehouse as needed.
Work closely with the team to optimize delivery routes, minimizing delays and enhancing efficiency.
Skills:
You’re a great communicator and always provide a professional, friendly experience for customers.
Ideally, you’ve worked in transportation or delivery, and have a strong track record of reliability. Warehouse experience is a plus!
You’re organized and meticulous when it comes to logging deliveries, mileage, and other important details.
You collaborate effectively with others to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
