Job Title: Driver Helper
Location: Based out of Amazon Delivery Station WWI6 at 7007 County Rd J, Weston, WI 54476, USA
Compensation: 17.00/hour per hour
Shift Time(s): 10 hour shift per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.
Blue Thunder Logistics LLC is seeking motivated team players to join our delivery team as Driver Helpers. What You’ll Do:
As a Driver Helper, you will ride along in an Amazon-branded, DOT regulated box truck and support the driver in delivering packages. Your responsibilities include:
• Assist in loading delivery vehicles
• Perform heavy lifting of packages, up to 50lbs / position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and standing
• Communicate effectively with the delivery driver and customers
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
• Work environment is fast-paced and involves both indoor and outdoor conditions.
What You’ll Need:
• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid ID (Driver's license is NOT required)
• Drug Screening (marijuana not tested for)
• Background check
• Ability to handle physical work, including heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Physical Demands: This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and standing.
