We are a growing logistics company in Melbourne and are seeking reliable and professional delivery drivers to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for candidates looking for stable, long-term employment in the transport industry.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Availability between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Perform metropolitan and regional deliveries as scheduled by dispatch
Safely load, transport, and unload freight
Secure and restrain freight correctly using straps, side angles, and other restraint methods
Conduct basic vehicle checks and report issues promptly
Communicate clearly with dispatch and follow delivery instructions accurately
Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with clients and customers
Resolve minor on-road issues efficiently (e.g. tyre changes, basic troubleshooting)
Requirements
Minimum 3 months driving experience in Melbourne
Strong understanding of load restraint and freight safety
Good road sense and knowledge of Melbourne routes
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to follow instructions from dispatch accurately
Basic mechanical knowledge (e.g. tyre changes, quick problem-solving)
Professional, reliable, and safety-focused approach to work
Willingness to learn and adapt on the job
