Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery driving and a strong understanding of safe driving practices. You will be required to operate a van and handle heavy lifting, making this position suitable for individuals who are physically fit and enjoy being on the road.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a van to deliver goods to designated locations.
Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
Follow assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery times.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
Assist in warehouse duties during non-driving hours, including inventory management.
Requirements
Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
Willingness to help clients carry the boxes to their location and ability to communicate with the receiving customers professionally and effectively.
Experience operating company vehicles and familiarity with manual transmission is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods.
Knowledge of route driving and navigation skills to ensure timely deliveries.
Warehouse experience is beneficial, particularly in loading and unloading procedures.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
Loading and unloading pallets is required on daily basis. Forklift certificate is an advantage, but we will offer training if needed. Using the pallet jack on regular basis.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
