Our team has fast established itself as a leader in the refrigerated transport industry, and pride ourselves with delivering on time, correctly, and within the right temperature.
Due to ongoing growth, an opportunity has now become available to expand our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking someone to work in both metro (Brisbane), and regional (Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Beaudesert) areas, delivering on behalf of clients such as HelloFresh, Lyka, and YouFoodz to name a few.
Day shifts start between 5am and 8am, with working hours dependent on drop numbers and kilometres covered. We currently have availability across 7 days, with three full days of training provided.
We offer up to 6 days per week with a guaranteed $220 per day plus bonuses, and you must be able to work a Saturday and/or Sunday as these are our busiest days. Pay rates are as follows:
Base Rate: $220 per day, per route
Stops: Over 80 stops paid at $1.50 extra per stop
Km’s: Any route over 200km will earn .30c per km thereafter
For those delivering more than 1300 stops per month (325 stops per week) who get it all right with no errors, you will receive an extra bonus. In the month following you can either receive your day rate as a bonus or have a paid day of your choosing off and the boss will go out and work the day for you!
Drivers will need to be physically fit due to being a multi-drop, residential delivery role.
Main Responsibilities
Practice safe driving and loading activities
Completion of multi-drops in a timely manner
Accurate delivery of customer orders
Maintain cold chain to preserve product integrity
Accurate use of driver app to follow delivery sequence and upload correct POD’s
Checking the vehicle is in good, safe working order
Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping the van neat and tidy
Complying with at depot procedures, rules, and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a multi-drop delivery role
Valid Australian drivers licence
ABN or willingness to obtain
Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or visa with unlimited rights to work
History of reliability and punctuality
Strong communication skills
