Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Delivery Driver (AZ Licensed Driver) / Shipper Receiver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely delivering goods to customers, managing shipping and receiving operations, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Your energetic approach will help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly while providing exceptional service to our clients. Duties
Safely operate delivery vehicles, including trucks and Trailer, to transport goods to various locations while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws
Load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, or forklifts, ensuring proper handling of products
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists and delivery manifests using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Prepare shipping documentation, including labels, invoices, and bills of lading, accurately recording all transactions in the warehouse system (e.g., ECI systems)
Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damages or discrepancies; stock items appropriately within the warehouse using order pickers and stock management procedures
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing pallets, and ensuring safety standards are met at all times
Experience
Prior experience working in a warehouse distribution environment with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes
Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment; forklift certification is preferred
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ECI
Basic math skills for counting inventory, calculating weights/volumes, and verifying shipment quantities
Experience with load & unload operations using various material handling equipment
Warehouse experience involving stock management, order picking, packaging, and shipping procedures
