Role
Due to our current growth, we are seeking full time and casual delivery drivers to join our Night & Morning Shift team. We are looking for people who strive for excellence to achieve greater results. You are someone who desires to work without compromise to Sonoma's quality and consistency of product, service delivery and reputation.
You will have previous experience driving large vans and small trucks and knowledge of the suburbs and streets of Greater Sydney.
You will be someone who can work on your own but love being part of a team.
You will be report directly to the Head of Logistics in a fast-paced environment.
You thrive on building relationships with people from all walks of life and enjoy camaraderie.
You have a passion for customer service and want to be trained, mentored and developed on the job and learn all things logistics and baking from the experts, who are located at our state of the art commercial baking facility in Alexandria.
Some further requirements and information:
Loading of truck or van & checking off load
Follow run route and time schedules
Customer Service
Ensure all paperwork is marked off and all product is delivered in original condition.
Assist the Logistics Manager with various warehousing duties
Must have a current Australian Driver's License with a good driving record
Be available to work night shift, early mornings and weekends
Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
Ability to work within a fast paced team environment
Highly motivated and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Enthusiastic, bright, hardworking driver that is willing to go that extra mile
Good knowledge of Greater Sydney roads (plus surrounding areas)
Be reliable, punctual and efficient in your work
You must be fit and healthy and enjoy physical work
