Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the timely delivery of goods to customers
Efficiently plan delivery routes to meet deadlines
Monitor and track delivery schedules to ensure they are completed on time
Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status
Ensure all deliveries are made in a safe and efficient manner
Supervise delivery team members and provide support as needed
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and report any issues to management
Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding deliveries
