Job Description:
As a Delivery Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of goods to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to operate a delivery vehicle and transport packages from our distribution center to various destinations within assigned territories. You will be an essential part of our team, representing our company and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
1. Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle, following all traffic regulations and company policies.
2. Load and unload packages, ensuring their integrity and security throughout the delivery process.
3. Plan and organize daily delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet customer deadlines.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously interacting with customers during deliveries.
5. Use technology tools and devices provided to navigate routes, update delivery status, and maintain accurate records.
6. Conduct vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
8. Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and other delivery partners to coordinate operations smoothly.

10. Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude when representing the company to customers and the public.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
3. Previous experience in delivery services or a related field is preferred.
4. Excellent driving skills with the ability to navigate efficiently and safely.
5. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
6. Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying packages of various sizes and weights.
7. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and other delivery-related technology.
8. Good time management and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines.

10. Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
