Need riders with experience in any food or other delivery.Qualification is not a parameter for selection, just they should be able to read and write English.Delivering e-commerce goods to the customers.Coordinating with clients about delays.Good client handling.The candidate would be managing cash also.Pick up and drop off items from one place to the other within Bangalore.Pick-Up & Drop on the same dayworking days - 6 days a week (rotational week-offs)Work timings - Depends on DC, workload, and efficiency of FE. Usually, work starts at 7 am.Fuel reimbursement @3.5/- per KM (Paid on weekly basis - Thursday)Incentives - Performance-based incentives are there. In general, FEs are eligible for incentives if they cross the 45 shipments delivery mark per day on an average, which will be paid monthly. But again this differs from DC to DC and seasonal loads.The radius of travel - Depends on DC. No fixed radius. Route shuffling will happen. Usually, a DC will cater not more than a 12 km radius in Metro. Non-Metro locations, Not more than 30 KMs.Mobile reimbursement 250Rs/Month.
