Grow Services business and customers
Implement value addition features to MLC & Service customers
Collaborate with branches, functions to grow and support services business
Achieve minimum standard margins of Divn. for existing O&M orders
Evaluate monthly O&M reports prepared by branches and ensure timely report submission to O&M customers
Manage and monitor O&M sites and address customer queries.
Monitor submission of service bills by branches to service customers and consolidate acknowledgement from Service Coordinators within a week of raising bills.
Collect, track and follow up service payments with customers and branches
Travel across India and periodically visit O&M/Service customers
Address customer complaints & adhere to their SLAs.
Proactive communication with customers on service status & closure of open points by co-coordinating with functions, branch/service team
Interact with O&M Site Supervisors weekly and provide timely site requirements as per agreed scope
Review weekly AMC visits completed by Engrs. and align to adhere as per agreed schedules.
Safety protocols are adhered by O&M Site employees
SOPs are prepared and made available at all O&M sites.
Timely supply of materials for comprehensive service contract customers in collaboration with Commercial team.
Train O&M site employees for Dos and Don?ts periodically
Verify O&M service billing correctness with branches based on O&M site attendance
Get testimonial and CSSR from Service customers
Achieve O&M, AMC renewal order nos. target through field team
Achieve payment, FSR, CSSR's & Testimonials target through field team
Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to reporting manager timely
Provide additional reports and inputs to reporting manager/HO time to time
