About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Delivery Head to lead end-to-end SEO delivery, manage client relationships, and drive measurable organic growth. This role requires a strong balance of strategic SEO thinking and structured project management, ensuring high-quality execution across technical SEO, content, and off-page initiatives.
You will act as the central owner for SEO performance coordinating teams, aligning client expectations, and ensuring consistent delivery that translates into rankings, traffic, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Execution
• Own and drive SEO strategy for multiple clients across industries and geographies.
• Develop SEO roadmaps focused on traffic growth, rankings, conversions, and ROI.
• Oversee technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building efforts.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
• Identify growth opportunities through site architecture, content gaps, and SERP trends.
• Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across websites, landing pages, and blogs.
2. Client Management & Retention
• Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for SEO clients.
• Lead strategy calls, performance reviews, and roadmap discussions with confidence.
• Proactively manage client expectations through clear communication and documentation.
• Translate client goals into clear, actionable tasks for the delivery team.
• Focus on long-term client retention through transparency, trust, and results-driven execution.
3. Process, SOP & Quality Control
• Build and maintain SEO SOPs, workflows, QA checklists, and delivery frameworks.
• Standardize processes for audits, reporting, content briefs, and monthly execution cycles.
• Identify gaps in delivery, communication, or resource allocation and resolve them proactively.
• Ensure consistent SEO quality across technical fixes, content, and off-page execution.
• Collaborate with content, development, analytics, and design teams for seamless delivery.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly SEO performance across all accounts.
• Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO platforms to analyze performance.
• Prepare clear, client-ready reports highlighting insights, wins, risks, and next steps.
• Monitor algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitors to adjust strategies proactively.
5. Team Leadership & White-Label Coordination
• Lead and mentor SEO executives, analysts, and content teams.
• Review work regularly to ensure accuracy, impact, and adherence to best practices.
• Coordinate with white-label agency partners, ensuring brand-aligned communication.
• Understand partner expectations, delivery standards, and reporting formats.
• Maintain smooth collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders
What You Bring
• 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong project management skills - planning, prioritization, documentation, and delivery.
• Proven experience handling client escalations and driving retention.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and off-page strategies.
• Experience working in white-label or agency environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with international clients (US, UK, or global markets).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
