Purpose the Job: (What is to be achieved from this Position)

· Implement a customer focused operational culture delivering world class customer service levels

· Drive Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the Manufacturing function to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards

· Oversees and participates in the recruitment and training of manufacturing employees

· Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Oversees the manufacturing activities, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.

· Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities

· Develops production reports to monitor & meet goals in the areas of safety, quality, financial, and delivery

· Ensures a healthy and safe working environment in compliance with government agencies, through collaboration with environmental, health, and safety team members

· Drives long-term operating goals, expansion efforts, and implementation of new and advanced technology

· Identifies and shares training opportunities with HR to build and improve skills of the employees.

· Organizes departmental management structure and teams for optimal, efficient operations.

· Drives implementation of Lean Business strategy and drive Continuous Improvement across all manufacturing related areas of the business

· Delivers progress and production reports to executive team members as requested.

· Works closely with internal and external key stakeholders

· Supervises equipment purchase, maintenance, and layout.

· Performs other related duties as assigned by HOD.

· Submits weekly & monthly reports to HOD.

Required skills & abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational and managerial skills

· Thorough understanding of the policies and practices used in the manufacturing division

· Excellent Interpersonal skill and team management

· Ability to set long-term goals and communicate them to others.

· Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals

· Thorough knowledge of various manufacturing process such as fabrication, piping, polishing & machining

· Through knowledge of mechanical components such as pumps, valves, actuators etc.

· Through knowledge of electronic components such as PLCs, IPCs, drives etc.

· Knowledge of Lean manufacturing & waste elimination techniques

Educational Qualification desired: BE – Mechanical

Total Relevant Experience Desired: 12 to 16 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,200,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
• total work Manufacturing, & production of Pharma background: 10 years (Preferred)
