We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head
In this role, you will:
Oversee strategic technology initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Establish effective project controls, procedures and quality assurance processes.
Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
Act as the communication arm for the Executive Management team other executives in the organization, clients or major stakeholders.
Acting as the sounding board to the Executive Management for new ideas and initiatives
Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and focus on Organization culture, employee well-being
Collaborate with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of tasks from key program management to holding and chairing various strategy sessions.
Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with senior executives and executives on special projects
Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
Work closely with the CTO, Group Data Technology and coordinate various strategic initiatives
Prepares materials for workshops, conferences, meetings, duplicates/collates
Document management including disseminating information, drafting presentations and filing
Planning and executing senior management meetings, all-hands meetings, and department off sites
Deputizing at meetings and making decisions on matters relating to the business area
Tracking high priority global initiatives like the CTA programs, Project Shunya, Controls and Audits, RTB Transformation, GPTW etc. for the executive management and identifying any roadblocks
Communicating initiative status to the executive, pulling in other executives or team members as necessary
Connecting teams that are working on similar initiatives
Contribute to and drive the People agenda for the Global DE function
Drive business reputation and positioning by delivering an integrated communications strategy for the Data Technology function that is aligned to DAO and HOST communication strategies
Translate communications and stakeholder management strategy and plans into executable actions
